The Jackson Street studio is a bright and charming space with incredible light and big bay window facing south. It is central in downtown Seattle’s historic Pioneer Square. The Studio is 1500 sq ft. with a full bath and kitchen. There is air conditioning in the summer and a steam heat radiator in the winter.
There is a freight elevator, loading dock and stereo. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes and silverware.
The space is insured, but you may want to bring your own cert or be willing to sign a waiver.
